Our transportation services are contoured around the needs of each event and our management team is here to provide all of our clients with a variety of options to complete their needs from routing and planning to implementation and tracking. Our team members are here to assist guests upon arriving and departing from your event
We offer the following transportation planning and services to our clients:
- Mini bus and shuttle bus services to and from parking facilities
- Fleet planning, recommendations, oversight and tracking
- Lot numbering management with signage and transportation pick up and drop coordination for all pedestrians
- Logistical shuttle support onsite
- Pedestrian management control onsite and at offsite locations
Our transportation services team is in constant communications with our parking and access control teams to work as a unified team for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
